IKODB designs and builds machines where software, controls, cabinet layout, probing, maintenance, and operator workflow are treated as one system.

Work includes controller retrofits, CNC plasma tables, pipe cutting systems, cabinet rebuilds, servo upgrades, probing, post processors, and commissioning. IKODB plans the machine around the cutting process, workholding, setup checks, maintenance access, and operator recovery from the start.

Machine projects can also include IKOCADCAM setup, job preparation, operator workflow, maintenance views, and production data capture when the equipment needs to run as part of a managed cell.
